According to the assessment, the security situation in and around the facilities of the northern municipalities is estimated to be good.
The emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, has welcomed the decision to reduce the members of the Kosovo Police by 25%, in and around municipal facilities in the north of Kosovo.
Lajçak wrote on Twitter that this is an important step towards the complete de-escalation of tensions in the north of Kosovo.
