The head of state, Ilir Meta awaits today at 09:00 the leaders of the opposition parties, who are out of parliament in a meeting in the Presidency.
The meeting comes days after President Ilir Meta made a public invitation and asked to meet with all the Party chairman, to discuss the situation where the country is in.
In fact, this is the first meeting President Meta has taken after the crisis that occurred in the June 30 local elections. Meta even then tried and held meetings with opposition representatives.
Meta will hold meetings with the Council of Ambassadors, former Foreign Ministers and senior diplomatic representatives. Afterwards, Meta will have meetings with the former Presidents of the Republic.
Meta has stated that he will consult with all political factors to make strong decisions.
The President will also meet with former justice ministers, presumably to discuss the Constitutional Court.
It remains to be seen what decisions the Head of State will make after meetings and consultations with them. /abcnews.al
