The number of people infected by coronavirus in Albania has reached 1004. The Institute of Public Health has stated that in the last 24 hours 6 new cases have been confirmed, 4 of which in Tirana and 2 in Shkodra.
Meanwhile, 6 other patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, over 14,500 molecular and serological tests have been done. There are currently 177 active people in Albania with COVID19, mainly in Tirana, Durrës and Kruja.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals on citizens to be careful, to respect physical distance and personal hygiene. Citizens should not neglect the signs of Covid19 such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing./abcnews.al
