The police of Shkodra have caught and arrested the perpetrator of the murder of the 51-year-old yesterday in the city of Shkodra.
Police in cooperation with the Special Forces RENEA, has made it possible the arrest of the 34-year-old after 21 hours of search and pursuit. According to the police, the author Lekë Vuksani is the cousin of the victim, Petrit Vuksani.
The journalist of ABC News, Simon Shkreli informed that the author had lived on rent in the apartment of the 51-year-old and it seems that the victim kicked him out of the house due to non-payment of rent. The 51-year-old had returned from England a month ago, and at the time of the incident he was alone in his apartment.
It is suspected that there was a physical fight between the victim and the perpetrator, and then the perpetrator left and took the automatic weapon, where he shot the 51-year-old to death. After the incident, the perpetrator managed to be spotted with a drone, but initially managed to avoid it, being arrested 21 hours later. It is said that the author had criminal precedents, such as quarrels or debates, but serious criminal offences.
