Even this morning, a significant number of Serbian protesters have gathered in the municipalities in the north of Kosovo. In Zveçan, where tensions were highest, KFOR soldiers surrounded the municipality building with barbed wire.
For the third day in a row, Kosovo Police and members of KFOR are there to maintain security.
