The preliminary hearing for Ilir Beqaj and the other persons accused of the “Sterilization” file is postponed for the umpteenth time. The reason was the absence of one of the lawyers.
The former Minister of Health was present at the session and requested that through a statement he opposes the actions of SPAK. According to Beqaj, the acts brought to the trial contain untruths.
But on the other hand, the court intervened, reminding Beqaj that due to the absence of one of the lawyers in the session, he cannot continue the statement, but will be given the opportunity to express himself at another time. The session where the court will decide whether the file goes to trial or not was postponed to September 12.
