This Wednesday, Andrew Bode, wanted for the murder of Edmond Papa on December 16 in the Selita area of Tirana, was captured by the police. The 44-year-old, originally from Berat, was previously known as Edvin Bode, but due to problems with justice, he changed it a few years ago.
He was helped by Albano Velo to eliminate Edmond Papa for the revenge of the murder of Aleksandr Sadikaj.
Albano Velo, the author of the murder of the businessman, Edmond Papa, who was executed on December 16 with a firearm in a bar in the Commune of Paris, was a close friend of Aleksandr Sadikaj, the young man from Elbasan who was killed with tritol in June 11, 2022. Velo was arrested on December 31 by the police and is suspected of being the mastermind of the murder.
A significant shipment of drugs, not taken to the destination, is suspected to have been the cause of a long conflict that ended in casualties. Papa had given the amount of drugs to other people, but without receiving payment. So it is not known precisely whether the load of 700 kg of cannabis was given to Sadikaj or to other persons.
