A 26-year-old has been arrested by police in Rinas. Henri Gjalpi, 26 years old, a resident of Tirana, was declared wanted, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, has assigned the security measure “Arrest in prison” for the criminal offense of “Manslaughter”.
Therefore, we recall that on 31.03.2023, on “Vaso Pasha” street, the 26-year-old had a conflict with the citizen Gentjan Talja, 46, who was sent to the hospital due to injuries.
Meanwhile, Talja and Gjapi did not know each other before and met by chance in the place where the incident happened. From the security cameras in the area it is confirmed that Gjapi and Talja had a conflict and as a result the latter died from his injuries in the hospital.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court for further action.
