The Supreme Court announces the candidacies for the vacant seats in the Supreme Judicial Council.
Full Notice: After verifying the fulfillment of the legal conditions of the candidates who have expressed interest in being elected members of the High Judicial Council, according to the provisions of Article 7, points 2 and 4, of Law 115/2016 “On the governing bodies of the justice system “, the Supreme Court officially announces the candidacies for the election of 2 (two) judges from among the judges of the first instance court and 1 (one) judge from among the judges of the appeal courts, as follows:
Emona Muçi – Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction Tirana
– Irida Kacerja – Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction Tirana
– Alma Kodraliu – Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana
– Gentiana Muçaj – Administrative Court of First Instance Tirana
