Head of the Technical Committee, Mira Rakacolli, assessed the epidemiological situation in Albania after the holidays as stable while announcing that the anti-Covid restrictions will continue without a specific deadline.

According to the Technical Committee, the curfew 22:00 until 06:00 will continue for an indefinite period, meanwhile, online learning in Universities will last at least another two weeks.

“As can be seen, the epidemic situation is stable in a slight decrease in two-week incidence. On the other hand, we still do not have complete data on the presence of the English virus in Albania. It is thought that this stable situation is a consequence of the measures taken. We think that in this kind of situation they continue to remain in force.

The curfew will continue after 22:00. The university should continue for a period of 2 weeks online, without the presence of students physically in the auditorium. Flights with Britain remain suspended until 18 January. The consequences that the gatherings at the holidays may have had are expected.

Therefore, we shall continue to use the mask in all environments, to maintain physical and social distance “, said Rakacolli./abcnews.al
