Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) will hold this Tuesday, at 12:00, a preliminary session for the Elbasan incinerator file.
During the hearing, judge Rudina Palloi will decide whether to send it for trial or if the file will be returned to the Prosecutor’s Office for further investigations.
Part of the file are former minister Lefter Koka, who is accused of taking a 2.7 million euro bribe for granting the construction permit for the Elbasan incinerator, former Socialist MP, Alqi Blako, to whom several emails with Klodian Zoton were discovered, where the race and some other officials are determined.
