Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has asked the question as witnesses of 52 people in relation to the case against the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu.
SPAK requested from the court to question in the process against Mediu, former minister Aldo Bumçi and the son of former prime minister Sali Berisha, Shkëlzen Berisha, who is ranked 52nd on the list.
It is also known that all the defendants of the first process of the “Gërdeci” file were asked to be questioned as witnesses.
We remind you that earlier this month, GJKKO decided to approve the request of former minister Mediu for the continuation of the process with the usual procedure, waiving the abbreviated trial.
