The Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has seized the apartment of the former mayor of Lushnje, Fatos Tushe, who was previously convicted for abuse of office and violation of equality in tenders.
In the meantime, the investigation by the special prosecutor’s office is continuing for the concealment of assets. According to SPAK, during the time he was the Mayor of Lushnje, Tushe did not declare the 75 square meter apartment in Lungomare Vlorë, property which is registered in the name of a company operating in the field of construction, but which is owned by the person under investigation.
