Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has requested this Wednesday the confiscation of the assets of Redjan Rraja, involved in former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja’s assassination attempt.
It is about nine assets, including two “Audi-A8” luxury vehicles. SPAK has requested the confiscation of all assets in his name or that of his family members, including Kejvina Kthjella’s luxury Audi.
According to SPAK, the vehicle in question was bought with illegal income from Redjan Rraja and was donated to him.
Earlier on, Redjan Rraja was sentenced to life imprisonment for the Shkozeti overpass attack, where prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho were injured and driver Andi Maloku lost his life.
On his part, Arjol Halilaj, accused of being an accomplice of Rraja in the assassination, was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
