The Special Court has postponed by one hour the hearing for the confirmation of the security measure for the four arrested within the SPAK operation related to some interceptions on the Sky application.
Journalist Ervin Leka said that the session has been postponed so that the lawyers can familiarize themselves with the documents and then the defense can begin.
“GJKKO has decided to postpone by one hour the holding of the session for the communication of the security measure for the arrested in connection with some interceptions of some conversations on the Sky application. This decision was taken to give time to the lawyers to familiarize themselves with the acts and to start the defense in court,” the journalist emphasized.
Four arrested who will appear before the court today are the former director of the police, Erzen Breçani, the chief of crimes in police station no. 6 Dedian Gjoni, Besmir Murati and Bujar Ajeti.
Meanwhile, six others have been declared wanted, including Breçani’s son as well as Ervin Mata, a well-known name in justice.
