The Special Prosecutor’s Office disputes the innocence of Alqi Bllakos for the Elbasan incinerator and the dropping of the charge of abuse of office against the former Minister of the Environment Lefter Koka, as the latter was only convicted of corruption.
SPAK requests in the Special Appeal the punishment of Bllako and Koka in the same way as requested in the claim of the investigating body, namely 10 years for Koka and 4 years for Bllako.
But the latter continued to stay in the cell because of his sentence for the Fier incinerator with 2.8 years in prison. Another security measure of arrest in prison for the incinerator of Tirana continues to be in force against him./abcnews.al
