Socialist Party (SP) has requested to exclude three opposition MPs from the work of the Assembly for ten days, as revealed this Friday. This request is related to yesterday’s episodes in the Parliament, where some MPs became protagonists in the hall by throwing lighters and cigarette lighters.
It is about Saimir Korreshi, Edmond Spahon, Kastriot Piroli.
In Thursday’s session, which lasted no more than 8 minutes, the Socialist Party voted for the new regulation, which foresees the exclusion of up to 60 days for MPs who are involved in scenes of violence and obstruct the work of the Assembly.
This model was taken from Germany, while Gazment Bardhi warned that it will send this regulation to the Constitutional Court.
