The Albanian Road Authority has provided information regarding the situation on the road axes, due to the presence of snow and frost in some regions of the country.
Through a Facebook post, ARA suggests that all road axes across the country are passable.
It also appeals to drivers to be careful, reduce speed, respect road signs, be equipped with winter tires chains.
“During the night there was low intensity rain in the north, in the southeast, in the axes of Dajti, in Llogara, where continues the work for the distribution of salt and snowplows. Circulation of vehicle is performed smoothly.
During the first hours of the morning it is recommended to cross with chains due to front in the axes: Qafë Bualli-Krastë, Ura e Cerenecit-Klenjë, Nikollare-Strelcë, Qafë Priskë-Qafë Mollë.
