Six attackers of Albanian youths to face justice in Montenegro

Police of Herzeg Novi have filed criminal charges against 6 people, who raped and physically assaulted three Albanians, an event that happened a few days ago.

The report was made for the criminal offense of “intentional minor injury”, while the persons were identified as Branko Vuksanovic, Sergei Devic, Kosto Dunderovi, F.V., V.T. and S.M.

The Montenegrin police, as well as the Prosecutor’s Office, insist that the conflict started after a traffic incident between Albanians and 6 people from HercegNovi.

The Albanians were traveling on January 6 in a vehicle with German license plates, while the 6 people from Herceg Novi were on foot in the Zelenika neighborhood.

After identifying the suspects, the Montenegrin police, by order of the court, searched the six apartments used by the suspects.

In the apartment of one of the suspects, the Montenegrin police found and seized:

— a “Zastava M57” cal 7.62mm pistol in possession without a permit

—three pistol combs

— 44 pieces of cartridges of different types and calibers

—as well as a camouflage vest, which was allegedly used on the day of the incident where violence was inflicted on 3 Albanians.

Albanian citizens Klodian Meaj, Azem Dervishi and Doris Kopaci were driving a vehicle with German license plates and were suddenly attacked for no reason by a group of 6 or 7 people, who first hit the vehicle and then physically attacked the citizens Albanians, causing physical damage to different parts of the body./abcnews.al
