A 29-year-old man was arrested this Friday in Shkodër during the police mega-operation coded “Tempulli”. Francesk Malaj was selling doses of cannabis in different areas of the city of Shkodra, as he was caught by the police force in the “Dergut” neighborhood.
During the inspection in this citizen’s apartment, another quantity of narcotic cannabis divided into doses and pharmaceutical bags for their packaging were found.
The narcotic substance was seized as material evidence, along with the vehicle and the 29-year-old’s cell phone.
The operation for his capture and arrest was carried out by the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the services of “Eagle” Special Forces.
