Seven criminal groups were part of the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) in Albania. During the investigation, SPAK informed that was destroyed the criminal activity in some cities of the country.
Before the court are 12 people arrested within the SPAK operation. The lawyers have asked for time to familiarize themselves with the acts, for this reason GJKKO decided to postpone the session on security measures until 13:00.
“Today, the session started around 10:00 a.m. for the provision of security measures. 12 people appeared before the court. Acts have been short, lawyers have asked for time.
The Special Court decided to resume the hearing at around 13:00. Two more people are expected to appear in court in the coming days. Around 1:00 p.m., the resumption of the hearing in the Special Court is expected,” Leka journalist reported.
Out of 50 arrest warrants in total, 14 of them were executed in our country, while another 6 were executed abroad, namely 2 in Italy, 1 in Germany, 1 in Spain and 2 in Belgium.
So far, this prosecution declared that shed light on 12 attacks made in Albania and other criminal events.
