A 61-year-old man, sentenced to 25 years in prison for two murders, was arrested by the police in Fier. Pjeter Pacani, considered a person of high social risk, was handcuffed in his apartment in the neighborhood “1 Maji”, Fier, as part of the coded police operation “Wanted”.
In 2011, near a gas station on the “Lezhë-Tirana” road axis, Pacani shot and killed 2 citizens. This citizen was included in the list of 50 most wanted citizens by the State Police, after the Court of the Judicial District of Tirana, in 2014, sentenced him to 25 years of imprisonment.
