Speaker Gramoz Ruçi has stated that the Albanian Parliament will not allow the Electoral Reform to be violated or slowed down.
Ruçi expressed that the victory of the positive decision of the EC for the opening of negotiations is the because of all parties, whether in majority or opposition.
