Opposition MP Artur Roshi in today’s plenary session in the Assembly declared his vote against the constitutional amendments.
Roshi stressed out that open lists have no value without free voting, while adding that what was initially requested in parliament, according to him today have zero value.
“I will not vote for the constitutional amendments. Open lists are detached from what we were looking for when we have entered parliament, today have zero value. Openlists have no value without the freedom of voting. This is what pure national proportionality does. “At the national level, no one has the power to control the votes,” Roshi said./abcnews.al
