Road accidents have continued their downward trend in July as well. In July 2022, there were 105 road accidents out of 114 that occurred in July 2021. The number of road accidents decreased by 7.9%.

The number of dead from road accidents is 6 people, out of 13 people who died in July 2021. Road accidents, in 87.6% of cases, occurred as a result of the driver’s behavior. The highest number of accidents in this period was committed by the 25-34 age group, accounting for 26.7% of the total number of accidents. Accidents in this age group have decreased by 9.7%, compared to the same period of the previous year.

In the seven months of 2022, there were 686 road accidents out of 785 accidents that occurred in the same period of the previous year.

The number of road accidents decreased by 12.6%. The number of accident victims is 971 people out of 1050 accident victims in the seven months of 2021. The number of road accident deaths is 95 people out of 118 people who died in the seven months of 2021.

Road accidents, in 12.5% ​​of cases, in the first seven months of 2022, occurred as a result of pedestrian behavior. The number of accidents according to pedestrian behavior has decreased by 30.1%.
