Prime Minister Edi Rama is on an official working visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he is participating in the World Climate Action Summit, COP28. Rama has shared a video, on “Facebook”, of the moment of his arrival in Dubai where he was hosted by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the EBA and Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the UN at the Climate Change Summit.
