Prime Minister Edi Rama in Berlin, invited for one of the talks at the new international forum “Berlin Global Dialogue”, also spoke about Albania’s economy.
He emphasized that very soon the Berlin Summit will be held in Tirana, where President Von der Leyen has a new growth plan for the region that will include several additional financial mechanisms.
Thus, Rama has emphasized that in addition to energy and tourism, priority will be given to digital technology in Albania.
“New spaces must be opened for the candidate countries and we are fighting for this and now, in a few weeks, we will hold the first summit of the Berlin Process, outside the European Union, in Tirana and we are looking forward to hearing the declaration, the announcement of President Von der Leyen for a new growth plan for the region that will include some additional mechanisms, financial and also mechanisms that ensure greater access to the common market that will help our economies to perform better,” said Rama.
