Rama alongside families of 4 protesters killed on Boulevard, homage on 12th anniversary of Jan 21 tragedy

With flowers in their hands, the relatives of the four protesters killed in the January 21 protest on Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard, commemorated their relatives today.

Tributes were performed in the square in front of the prime minister’s office, where the protesters were shot dead.

Prime Minister Edi Rama was present with the family members, as well as government ministers.

Today marks 12 years since the event of January 21, 2011, which is one of the most painful in our country, as 4 protesters were killed on the National Martyrs Boulevard: Aleks Nika, Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda and Faik Myrtaj .
