Radical changes of Albanian Police’s leaders expected

The new director of the State Police, Gledis Nano, in a statement for the media, has announced the new changes in the ranks of the State Police throughout the country.

Lorenc Panganika has become the head of the Tirana police. Meanwhile Rabani Jaupi has passed as Director of Public Safety. Gjovalin Loka has also changed his position, being appointed Director of the Korça Police. Alban Dautaj has been appointed Director of Anti-Terror instead of Gledis Nano.

According to Nano, the changes were made in function of new priorities and in order to give a new impetus to the police./abcnews.al
