The Socialist Movement for Integration has submitted a request for annulment of the decision of the Techincal Committee of Expert that requires the quarantine of Albanian citizens from Greece and Macedonia.
For the SMI, this decision is arbitrary and in open violation of the constitution.
Although the Technical Committee says that this measure, according to them, was taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19, specifically the emigrants from Greece or Macedonia, from today will not be able to vote in the April 25 elections./abcnews.al
