This Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
This meeting comes shortly before the meeting of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, a meeting where proposals are expected to be submitted for the new name of the President, and will be discussed regarding the attitude towards Orlando Rakipi, son of MP Aqif Rakipi who was declared “non grata” from the USA.
We remind you that Tony Blair is a longtime friend of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Meanwhile, for a period of time he has also served as an advisor to the Rama government. Also Tony Blair was an advisor of the new government led by Edi Rama from the first days of the formation of the government, in September 2013.
Yet in 2016 former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair announced he would close his consulting firm, a job he focused on after stepping down.
