The hearing session on the claim of the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, who is accused of abuse of office in the Gerdec explosion, has been postponed for the third time. According to the court’s decision, the next hearing for the former Minister of Defense will take place on June 22 at 2:00 p.m.
“The process will maintain our position in the next session”, said Mediu’s defense lawyer.
Journalist Ermal Vija reports for ABC News that GJKKO has accepted that the family members of the victims will be part of the sessions as parties.
