President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj has departed this Thursday for the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he is expected to pay a state visit at the invitation of his counterpart, Ilham Aliyev.
Albania’s Head of State will be received in a state ceremony by President Aliyev, while the focus of the meetings that will take place will be bilateral cooperation, as well as mutual interest in the construction of a modern gasification network in Albania.
Furthermore, the implementation of projects for the distribution of gas from Albania to other countries in the region will have an important place in the discussions. At the end of the meetings, the two heads of state will hold a joint statement for the media.
