Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama published this Wednesday morning a view from the runways of Rinas airport, which continues to be full of passengers, while Albania is experiencing a tourist boom.
In the images published by Rama, there are many planes that pick up or drop off passengers at Rinas, as the airport welcomes the influx of traffic every day and the end of the summer season.
Head of the government describes these views as “flights of the New Tourist Albania”. In July, Albania had the highest increase in the number of passengers in air traffic.
Data in question was proven by the International Council of Airports, which ranked Albania in the first place with the largest increase +116%, leaving behind countries with a historical tradition in this sector.
This increase in the number of passengers was compared to 2019.
