The police have landed in the complex of buildings built by Jamarber Malltezi, the son-in-law of Sali Berisha, in the land where the “Partizani” complex used to be.

ABC News journalist Ervin Leka reports that the Judicial Police and Economic Crime Officers went to the complex to execute the decision given by the Special Court for seizure.

“Officers of the Judicial Police and Economic Crime have come to the “Magnet” complex, owned by Jamarber Malltez, to execute the decision given by the court for the seizure of this complex.

They are a group of Judicial Police officers. They are going to the main offices of the complex where they will perform the procedures, but also the notification regarding the court’s decision.

In the moments when all the procedures will be carried out in this complex, Jamarber Malltez will not be allowed to carry out other actions, regarding the change of ownership or the sale of the complex.

Ownership certificates regarding the former “Partizani” complex will also be seized.

It is about 25 properties in total for which the court has imposed preventive seizure. For other assets, it is about 6 bank accounts of Jamaber Malltez. The residents will not be affected by this preventive seizure, only the execution of the court order for the seizure of the complex in the name of Jamarber Malltezi”, reported journalist Leka.

Yesterday, the court decided to leave Jamarber Malltezi in prison, while former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was summoned this Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.
