Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized this Monday that starting from April 30, specialist doctors will receive ALL 50,000 more as part of their salary.
During the First Congress of Health, PM Rama proclaimed that they will keep the promise for doctors and other specialists for a salary increase of 7%, just as it was declared before.
Nevertheless, Prime Minister Edi Rama started his speech at this congress by thanking the white shirts of all levels for their work and dedication to serving the citizens.
“We must guarantee a decent salary. This April, not on April 1, but on April 30, specialist doctors will start receiving a new 50,000 ALL in addition to their salary. That’s $6,000 a year, if the arithmetic is correct. That is, they are from the month of April. We will keep the promise of a 7% salary increase for general practitioners and nurses”, said the Head of Government.
