Parliamentary session inthe Assembly started this Thursday with strong debates, not with the opposition-majority, but within the Democrat lawmakers.
Initially, the leader of Democratic Party (PD) Lulzim Basha asked the speaker of the parliament Lindita Nikolla to make public the announcement of the PDSH for its representatives in the parliament.
He said that it is Nikola’s duty to express himself in favor of the Constitution, in favor of the law on political parties, in favor of the electoral code, or to come out and say that he is part of the alliances of the towers.
“Today is the 5th of October. On September 4, you made an announcement from the DPSH. It has been a month since this announcement and the subsequent decisions of the DPA have been ignored and trampled on by you. Despite the promise you made, after consulting the rules you will make your decision public.
You have not made any public decision. You are dragging down the democratic representatives of PDSH by deciding according to your pleasure and not according to the Constitution. You hide behind an administrative act such as a regulation, which gives you no right to obstruct formal decision-making.
Today you talk about the decisions of the DP parliamentary group. There are no decisions, it’s your biased interpretations. It is well known why you make these interpretations, you love the opposition as you like it, you love it as you had it in Kukës.
This is not in your hands, put an end to this charade. It is your duty to express yourself in favor of the Constitution, in favor of the law on political parties, in favor of the electoral code. Or if you have placed your dark backdrops of tower alliances, come out and say that you are part of the alliances”, said Basha.
