The pedagogues have come out again today in protest, to demand an increase in salaries. They have gathered in front of the University of Arts, to express their dissatisfaction with the salaries.
While they have warned that if there will be no response to their demands, then they will also boycott the teaching process. They claim that Albania has the lowest teachers’ salaries in Europe.
The pedagogues point out that the government has allocated the minimum for the education budget, while they demand a doubling of the education budget.
