The earthquake caused material damage and the collapse of hundreds of homes, leaving many families homeless, mainly in Thumane and in some areas of Durres, where even today, a year after the tragedy, they are still unsystematized in their homes.
The morning of November 26 where the country was shaken by a magnitude 6.4 earthquake left an incurable wound for the families and relatives of its 51 victims.
