Force of Law Operation (OFL) has targeted monday 3 citizens from Durres, 1 of whom has committed murder and the 2 others have been punished for narcotics-related violations.
In implementation of the Normative Act of January 31, 2020, the OFL has sent the self-declaration forms to persons: J. (P.) N., resident in Durrës, convicted of “Narcotics Trafficking”; E. N., resident in Durrës, penalized for “Production and sale of narcotics” and E. D., resident in Durrës, convicted for the criminal offense “Premeditated murder”, committed in collaboration.
However, the above persons have to declare their assets in the framework of combat against organized crime and serious crimes within the next 48 hours in writing. Information collected from law-breakers’ self-declaration will then be submitted to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized (SPAK) for further legal action, the Force of Law underlines.
“OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for imposing of emergency seizures on assets suspected to have been obtained from crime, as well as for sending the self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law”, stated OFL./abcnews.al
