Operation Force of Law has recently sent the property self-declaration form to three people in Vlora who have been convicted of murder and drug trafficking.
According to OFL Eraldo Canaj, Viktor Omeri, Pëllumb Sherifaj will have to declare their assets.
These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must respond within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of property, citizens:
-E. C., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
-V. O., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
-P. Sh., Resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”.
