New details regarding the fire that occurred late on Saturday evening in a paint factory in Maminas have been revealed this Sunday. Local media reported that the fire allegedly started in the factory’s laboratory and then spread to other parts.
There were no employees inside but only the guards who were outside the factory premises and based on the reports, fortunately no one was injured.
However, the fire caused great damage, while the Tirana-Durres highway was closed for more than two hours, due to the fear of the explosion of a chemical substance.
