A businessman from Himara has filed Saturday a lawsuit against two laborers from Nepal who worked in his business. Citizen with initials M.K. reported them for having left in violation of the employment contract had they agreed to.
Meanwhile, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
“On 14.04.2023, citizen M. K. reported that two workers of his business in Himara, citizens P. G, and L. S., both residents of Nepal, left in violation of the employment contract”, said the police.
