Murders of January 21, SP sued Berisha, Basha and Prendi to SPAK

ABC News provides the criminal complaint that SP will file with SPAK regarding the January 21, 2011 murders.

In the report signed by the general secretary, Damian Gjiknuri, SP accuses the former prime minister Sali Berisha, the former minister of the interior Lulzim Basha as well as the former commander of the Republic Guard Ndrea Prendi.

SP requests from the Special Prosecutor’s Office criminal proceedings against them, for committing the criminal offense of “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”. Among other things, the SP requests SPAK to investigate and prosecute them for these crimes and other crimes that can be discovered in the dynamics of the preliminary investigation.
