President Ilir Meta will submit today the indictment against the head of the Council of Justice in Ardian Dvorani.
Sources from the Presidency announce that the lawsuit for the prosecution of Dvorani will be formally handed over at 14.30, reports abcnews.al.
Last Thursday, the head of state announced through a press conference that he would sue the head of the KED for abuse of his power.
In his reaction to the lawsuit, Dvorani said that according to him the President is exercising a right that the Constitution and law recognize to everyone.
