Details regarding the investigation file of “Metamorphosis” codenamed police operation, in the framework of which the former director of the operational forces in the state police Oltion Bistri, the head of the prosecution of Kukës Xhevahir Lita, the businessman Pellumb Gjoka and several other citizens were arrested, have come to light this Saturday.
In the file, all the accusations against the criminal group are described, while the criminal events for which they are accused are clarified. One of the disclosed events is the murder of Gjin Ndoji (Boriçi) on August 2, 2020.
Referring to the file, the investigations started after a report made by 2 residents of Velipoja for the alienation of property against the businessman Gjoka.
Interceptions launched for the case highlighted the communications between several people involved in the world of crime, among them Behar Brajovi?, Ervis Martinaj, Pellumb Gjoka, Denis Brajovi?, Edmond Preka, Klaodor Hakaj, Preke Kodra, Astmer Bilali, Aleks Ndreka, Bardhyl Mavraj, Eljon Hato, Arsad Bashli, Ardrit Hasanbegaj, Oltian Bistri, Xhevahir Lita, Nuredin Dumani.
As for the murder of August 2, 2020, the interceptions revealed all the movements of the persons involved in this crime, the place where the execution will be carried out, the route described before the execution, the route that will be described by the executioners after the execution of the murder, the persons who they would carry out the removal of the executors from the place where the vehicle used in the event was burned and their accommodation.
More specifically, the role of each of the suspects in the commission of the criminal offences:
1-Citizen Ervin Marinaj had the role of ordering the murder of citizen Gjin (Borici) Ndoj by contracting citizen Behar Brajovic and his connections. In exchange for the murder of Gjin Ndoji, Ervis Martinaj would carry out the murder of Klenat Musabelliu.
2-Citizen Behar Brajovic had the role of organizer and coordinator of all the persons involved in the murder of Gjin Boric.
3– The citizen Denis Brajovi?, in cooperation with still unidentified persons, had the role of pursuing and executing Gjin Boriçi (Ndoj), taking the victim’s phone, burning the vehicle in which the murder was to be carried out and hiding the crime weapon.
4-Edmond Preka, in cooperation with other still unidentified persons, had the role of transporting the executors from the place where the vehicle would be burned to a safe place to spend the night.
5-Businessman Pëllumb Gjoka had full knowledge that the murder organized by Behar Brajovi? would be carried out and helped the latter by being interested in hiding the vehicle that would be used by the executioners to carry out the murder. Also, providing assistance to the executioners after the realism of the murder. It was this citizen who, in exchange for the murder of the citizen Gjin (Boriçi) Ndoj, expected another collaborator, Ervis Martinaj was to carry out the murder of the citizen Kleanti Musabelliu (who had wounded Pëllumbi a few years ago).
