President of the Republic, Ilir Meta declared this Tuesday that the mission to restore the full sovereignty of the Albanian people to all institutions that started on March 2, 2020, will be finalized on April 25, 2021.
One year after the great protest of March 2, the President of the Republic thanked the Albanians for responding to his call in defense of the Constitution and against the coup.
“Heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude to all Albanian sisters and brothers, who a year ago responded to the call of the President of the Republic, in defense of the Constitution and against the coup.
Our mission, launched on March 2, 2020, to restore the full sovereignty of the Albanian people to all institutions, will be carried to the end by us, through the historic referendum of April 25, 2021! RED AND SPRING IS COMING!” Meta emphasized.
The head of state said last night that if Edi Rama wins the third term without touching any votes, he will leave the post of President and join the opposition./abcnews.al
