In his message, the head of state says this 107-year-old, finds our Armed Forces at the helm of solidarity and support for Albanian brothers and sisters severely affected by the consequences of the tragic earthquake.
“With the highest considerations, today I extend my warmest congratulations to all the men and women in our Armed Forces uniform, on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the Albanian Army!
I am thankful for the valuable contributions, heroic dedication and sublime sacrifices for the defense of the Homeland and National Security, for humanitarian and peacekeeping operations, and for the guarantee of freedom, peace and stability throughout the world under the NATO flag.
This 107-year-old finds our Armed Forces at the helm of solidarity and help for Albanian brothers and sisters severely affected by the tragic earthquake, salient with professionalism, dedication and love to save the remaining residents under the ruins of this devastating natural disaster, which highlighted the necessity of further modernization of the Albanian army.
