A 40-year-old man has been criminally prosecuted this Sunday after trying to bribe the border police officer in Kakavija.
According to the authorities, he offered a 20 EUR bill to the employee to enter Albania without registering.
Criminal proceedings started because the 40-year-old tried to bribe the Kakavije PKK Border Police employee, by inserting a 20-euro note into his passport, at the time of delivery, in order to prevent his documentation from being checked and to enter our country. without registering.
Nevertheless, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Gjirokastër, for further actions.
