Citizen E. G., 28 years old, fell from the scaffolds and died as he was working in illegal construction at the house of citizen L. K., through the construction company with administrator citizen R. H.
Immediately, the police arrested the owner of the house where the 28-year-old from Kruja worked and declared wanted the citizen R. H., 39 years old, resident in Kameras, Fushë Krujë. The owner of the house was previously convicted for the criminal offense “Illegal construction”.
